At a customer’s facility in the Czech Republic, we carried out several technical modifications and operator training on an AOPACK BM2508-SE boxmaker.
During the visit, our technician replaced the drive component as well as the cylinders of the flexographic printing unit. The work also included subsequent adjustment and inspection to ensure the correct operation of the individual machine components.
An important part of the visit was practical operator training focused on the setup and use of the flexographic printing unit and the inline gluing system. The technician went through the available settings with the customer and explained the recommended procedures for achieving stable and high-quality results in everyday production.
After all work had been completed, the boxmaker was thoroughly checked and prepared for further operation.
